THE STORY OF JOHNNY WHOOPER SWAN We go to school trusting our parents. We meet a teacher there who stands up front with a big desk, and a pointer. She or he trains us in an authoritative manner. We attach mentally to a life long need for authority in order to live lives successfully. Right so far? In my case, at the age of 25 I was ready to enter the practice of law where I hoped for success and a happy life finally. Very shortly, very shortly, I became anxious. There was a foreboding. I was made more uncomfortable with each experience. Law work is nothing like what I was told it would be. The system is corrupt. But I still cling to my expectation that career success is necessary to my happiness as a man. Each day my grasp of what the fuck success amounts to after all becomes more clouded, murkier. I hear songs on the airwaves and at concerts which describe my life as the life of a fool. What am I becoming? I want to rip off my business suit to run naked in the street with my hair on fire! But I am too afraid. In strange, weird (weird comes from a word meaning wise), fragmented steps I go about a journey of my own believing myself to be the first man to have failed in such a total way which journey works so as to break up my career, end a marriage, and start an entirely new way of relating with my two children whom I love deeply. Almost magically I meet a woman who is a career counselor who asserts a beautiful message that I am made to be joyful in my work everyday and at all levels. This understanding sets me on a completely new course. It is no longer a world of systems to me but an undivided one of unlimited beauty. It reminds me of a painting. A true masterpiece. I am drawn from within to learn the truth about my identity and nobody else can teach me that. From this point onward I will use thinking capacity for mastering mechanical processes and follow my heart, which includes my whole nature, which includes your whole nature and that of every human being for all the rest. I’ll go by the name Johnny Whooper Swan who does not explain itself to anyone. By my fruits shall I be known. Watch me soar!

LANGUAGE OF THE LIVER+
the saga of Billy the Kid

Kid: Inspiration comes. Let it. Let's consider those airports, Alias.

Alias: How's that? Airports? What the fuck is an airport, Orphan?

Kid: Such places are one day in the future to be places of public convenience and

necessity to be shared and enjoyed by all people, and their friends, and associates,

and loved ones- where free people will one day gather to travel by air above the

clouds. It is a human urge to travel and a fine endeavor of friendship to share in it.

(Billy waves to nobody) 'Bon Voyage'! (Alias is bewildered)

Throughout the following exchange Alias will just barely keep under wraps her opinion that Billy is a lunatic and go along, instead, with his sparkling insight.

Alias: What is your p-p-point, Kid?

Kid: As a people, we will have given that place over to terrorists. It's time we take it

back as our own, is m' point. Hell, what are we afraid of? Just announce that it is now

an open, public place again where free people assemble peaceably for a quite normal

purpose and no guns are wanted; nor are they required. Is a life absent risk a

tolerable life? Is it not obvious that life insists upon it? Risk, that is? We need to be

more afraid o' fear than o' terrorists, is m' point. Otherwise, we shrink. Shrink

enough...and, well, you become a ghost of what was once a person.

Alias: Surely, Kid, you realize that people will not ask that kinda tough question?

What am I afraid of? And that kind of high standard, man, that shit's for all the

masters of all the times, not for an ordinary man at all.

Kid: They said that of air travel, too, Alias, but it will happen and will be open to

ordinary mortals, like you and me, before long, I bet.

Alias: (shaking her head) People will not understand.

Kid: I know your meaning and it is fake. (Alias is taken aback in a shudder) A master

is a master only because ordinary people recognized them as such... by their speech.

Takes one to know one. You must understand that the world remains what it is so

you (pointing to Alias) will inspire yourself!

Alias jumps, then pauses, and considers. She walks about, in a meditative state, under a spot light; the Kid continues.

Kid: In my own time, it has been the practice to turn over to the Army the task of

dealing with the Red Man. The common settlers did that and look what happened?

There was one policy: make the red man change and be like us. Period. When I assign

my individual stance as a human being toward another human being to a trained and

armed battery of soldiers, I smash the hope even of friendship. Love and tolerance fly

out the window. I disgrace another, different from me, when I insist his way must be

replaced by my own. You may think me naïve or blind, or both; but, if so, I know you

are. When are you going to decide to inspire yourself?

Alias: Uuhh. You did... ask that already... I recal...I do not know how...wher...to begin

Kid: It's a very important personal decision to assume full responsibility to inspire

yourself. I am inspired now to love you as you are before it's too late; an' it's awkward

and tacky...dirty even...that's it! My name is to be Dirty Bill!...made from dirt...that's

me... and finally, it's beautiful. Dirty Bill. (smiles)

Alias (winks her delight) Takes one to know one, Dirty Billy! (both laugh and poke

fun before proceeding)

Dirty Billy: Alias, it troubles my heart that some fool politicians claim they represent

the people, all the people of their district, and that they do what they do in the name

of all the people. I say, then, if a man does choose politics as a career he is bound to do

the right thing and represent every individual, leaving nobody out in the cold. Know

what I mean?

Alias: Yes, I do, but, how can anybody represent everybody else?

Dirty Billy: The language it takes to serve everybody vibrates the liver; and, it is

called the liver because it calls us to live. People forget...no, that is not so... the

trouble is that people remember in some other language that was created to deceive.

Alias: Ha! That's a good one! The language o' the liver. Ha!

Tales o'
the little baby needin' savin'
so he can grow up strong 'n save the nation
parents in captivity on a reservation
slavin' for the man who weighs gold 'n parses out their daily rations (with lash that stings or obedience bonuses in pleasurable sensations) and they named it the land of the free where

everybody wants to save the little children do not agree on how that must be done, where-to- begin
just how best to save someone from the mess that I am in?

Hush! With your hands wrap your babe in a soft blanket then placing the baby softly in its cradle go in secret down alone into the marshes to lower babe- in- cradle down into dark, unexplored rushes growing there by design of the Force of Life, letting an ineffable current present in all times of the year carry away your begotten son or daughter into the care of what you never dare!
Later, there will be time to wonder why you did not care half so much about your self. Please leave me here with this chair when you go as a gift for the next human being who sits

So, who is a meek person?

It is nothing less than an individual who has regained sight

of the reality of his situation after losing sight of it and in

gratitude for a merciful outcome makes an effort to stay in

touch for the rest of life. In other words, it is a person who

knows some things. Knows what life is for...who he is...and

where to find strength to row his own boat gently down the

stream. These are rich blessings. No wonder such a one as

that stands to inherit the Earth. Fit to serve magic. Do you

know Earth to be a magical garden? There is someone meek

inside every achiever. Let it out. Let it reign.

What does anyone know of what is lost by the reckless way we drive people into careers based upon money earnings and rapid advancement under a bombardment of competitive sniping? And what does it cost us really in lost talent and potential greatness to inflict heavy doses of failure onto the minds and hearts of young boys and girls who try and for whatever reason do not make the cut? How does it feel to suffer the loss of a passion as yet unborn? What becomes of those children who fear the voices of condemnation and rage coming at them from several directions at once? Does anybody even care?

And what is the reward to those who 'make it"? How does it feel? To reach the top and find the bottom?

What if we encouraged everyone, everyone, to merely row their own boat down the stream, gently? What then might we experience as a people at large? No games inside of boundaries, merely horseplay. What fool suggested we excel one over the other? Why not accept each other withholding judgment? And learn what each has to show us. What if kindness replaces hardness? The Grand canyon was carved by water on its way home to the sea. It is certain we are missing a great deal without a clue of its passage.

IF WE MURDERED BILLY
GOT AWAY WITH IT
that's our burden

Well, if we can murder Billy the Kid and get away with it, mankind is doomed.

There is a disease for which no doctor has a name nor a cure. It is the disease that comes from being unconscious that one's greatness lies in utter weakness. It kills more than any disease named or to be named ever. Well, if we can murder Billy the Kid and get away with it, nobody has a chance.

If a soul so large as that of Jesus Christ cannot influence people to turn away from self promotion in order to practice love, what chance have you or I?

Billy said, I am not afraid of dying, I just do not want to be killed like a dog, unarmed. So, I'll keep on shooting until I run out of bullets. Fuck it! Is this all fake? There is no chance for mankind, a fiction, but there is a chance that never expires for an individual. Every attempt by people to create an organization among men and women is absent truth. It is like a farmer trying to grow a crop with soil and water in the absence of seed. Things are on Earth as they are. Only the meek get it. So, we don't get away with it.

I think this. People who despise honesty in sexual behavior and think they can make a better world by controlling others will soon have deep, ugly, twisted, filthy desires of their own they are hiding. So we don't get away with it. That disease makes them so furious. These poor souls suffer in the belief none are they who love truly. People who oppose the freedom to be whoever I am cannot be trusted for every child knows all of us are just that and that alone and want to make love of it.

A whore is at least honest in one thing. The whore makes it plain she or he makes no claim to respectability in society's eyes. Far more honest is she than the reputable business people who sell things like shoes or houses or deodorants or ice cream cones or pharmaceuticals or legal services or medical treatment or Bibles. And vastly more honest is she than those who enforce the laws and those who defend the accused. It is simple really. Those people just listed make the bold statement every day and throughout every day that they are indeed respectable people and yet know better in their hearts. Thus do their lies pile up. So we don't get away with it.

The first thing to go on the road to freedom and peace is reputation. I do not want you to think me an honest man. I want to be one. For I see how much greater is the life of such a one. I seek a great life not material wealth. I do not oppose you, whoever you are, I just wanna make love with you. Like I said, I am not respectable.

The next to go on the road to freedom and peace is quarreling. One is not concerned with getting what one deserves anymore and, what is more, everybody you meet knows that about you without a word of it from you. Something murders you many times a day that loves the kids we murder. And, as you know, we can murder a kid in a thousand ways. Well, like I said, if we murdered the Kid and got away with it, that was our burden, back then. So, we don't get away with it. Only the broken disreputable will understand. Only the meek inherit the Earth. It is so as it shall be evermore.

It's always been up to you, as an individual, to decide. How to spend your cash as a going concern. What cash? Consciousness. What to practice paying your attention to. What matters, of course, is what will bring the greatest return. Is it greater to give than to receive? That is the question. Some have said it is more profitable to give away all that I have than to receive riches as my own. These two approaches differ dramatically. Just cannot do both. Which?

NO CHANCE FOR A FICTION

There is no chance for mankind, a fiction, but

there is a chance that never expires for an

individual. Every attempt by people to create an

organization among men and women is absent

truth. It is like a farmer trying to grow a crop with

soil and water in the absence of seed. Things are

on Earth as they are. Only the meek get it, so, we

don't get away with nuthin'.
